A meeting was held at the Ministry of Health with the winner of the “Yüksəliş” competition
Within the framework of efforts carried out to strengthen human capital in the healthcare sector, Minister of Health Teymur Musayev held a meeting with Ramil Huseynzade, the winner of the 5th “Yüksəliş” competition.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on innovations implemented in the healthcare system, modern management approaches, digital transformation, and prospects for staff development. The Minister carefully listened to the ideas and initiatives proposed by the young specialist and noted that supporting the professional advancement of participants in such projects is one of the state's priority directions.
Teymur Musayev stated that the “Yüksəliş” competition plays an important role in identifying talented and promising young people, as well as in creating opportunities for their active participation in public administration. He emphasized that proactive and professional personnel are of particular importance in the successful implementation of innovations in the healthcare sector.
Within the framework of the meeting, extensive discussions were held on further improving management mechanisms, enhancing the quality of medical services, and implementing innovative solutions. At the end, the Minister wished the winner success in his future activities.
