A meeting was held at the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan with Deryageldi Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan. The meeting took place during his visit to our country to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of a mosque in the city of Fuzuli. The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan, Gurbanguly Elyasov, also attended the meeting.
Welcoming the guests, Minister of Health Teymur Musayev noted that the friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are successfully developing in various areas, including the field of healthcare. The minister emphasized the successful reforms carried out in the healthcare system under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and provided information about the measures taken to improve infrastructure projects and the quality of medical services.
In conclusion, the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan highlighted the importance of further deepening cooperation between the two countries in the fields of healthcare and medical science.

Expressing his gratitude for the warm welcome, Deryageldi Orazov provided information about the healthcare infrastructure projects being implemented during the construction of the city of Arkadag in Turkmenistan and noted that experience exchange in this area would be beneficial.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interest, including opportunities for future cooperation, were discussed.
